Mrs. Nugent moved to Wake Forest and has been a part of the St. Catherine of Siena community since 2007. She has had children at the school for 16 years and 4 of her 6 children have graduated from SCSCS. Her youngest is in 8th grade! She has been active in the school and parish as a substitute teacher, room mom, PTO Board member, TOAST Committee, lunch volunteer, CGS, Eucharistic Adorer, sacristan, Endow, Bible Study and Rosary group leader. She has experience as a catechist for PreK, RCIC and RCIA. 

Mrs. Nugent grew up in Weirton, WV and received her BSN/RN at WVU. Then she entered the Air Force where she worked as a nurse in pediatrics, orthopedics and medicine for 5 years before becoming a SAHM. Her family lived in Florida, Italy, Ohio and Virginia before settling in NC. Mrs Nugent loves working with children and making rosaries!
