Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori style, hands-on approach for preschool children, ages 3-5, to learn about their Catholic faith. 

The children are brought to a joyful encounter, with the mystery of God, through ancient biblical images such as 3-D maps of Israel and Jerusalem, the use of dioramas, a miniature altar and baptismal font. They come to understand Jesus as a real person who lived in a real place and time, yet is still alive today caring for them as their Good Shepherd. 

If your child is enrolled in the St. Catherine of Siena Preschool, they will recieve Catechesis with their peers during their preschool day.
