St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School will offer the Saints After School Care for Preschool and K-8. The purpose of the program is to provide a safe, nurturing before and after care program for students attending St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School while giving parents peace of mind. The program is staffed by a dedicated team of adults. The daily routine includes lunch (PreK) or snack (K-8) break (food provided by the parents), homework time and assistance (K-8), bathroom breaks, games or arts/crafts, recess on the playground or in the gym.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday (School Days Only) Program begins for PreK - 8th grade: Monday, August 19 Program ends for PreK: Wednesday, May 21 Program ends for K - 8th grade: Thursday, June 5 for after care.

Registration Fees – due with registration form

$25.00 per child

Care Fees – due the 1^st of the month

Drop In (After School Program)	$28 per child/per day
Drop In (Prepurchase)	$125 - prepurchase 5 day coupon book
Late Fee	$10 per minute every 5 minutes past 6 pm

Payment Information

For your convenience, payment may be made as follows:

Drop-In - will be billed at the end of the month, payment with a check, money order made payable to "St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School" or a credit card.
Monthly Commitment - will be debited via FACTS that month.
Yearly Commitment - will be debited via FACTS for 9 months, September through May.
Parents should keep track of their checks as an accurate account of their child-care expenses.

Registration Form & Information

To register:

Complete the registration form which will be available in the school office and on School Speak in the future.
Pay the registration fee.
Pay the first month/week/day care fee.

Cancellation/Withdrawl

The Program Director should be notified two weeks prior to withdrawal. Failure to notify, will result in your account being charge a fee of two weeks.

Inclement Weather

Before and After School Care will not run due to early release or school closings due to inclement weather.

Before and After Care Policies

The following are before and after care policies:

All students who are currently attending SCS (PreK-8) are able to enroll and participate in the program.
Parents/guardians must make arrangements for students to be picked up no later than 6:00 pm. A charge of $10.00 per minute will be assessed after 6:00 pm.
All students must be signed out by an authorized parent/guardian or designated person.
The program does not provide snacks each day to all students who are participating. Students should bring their own snacks.
The program director reserves the right to terminate before/after care to any family who does not respect the policies.
