Admission Requirements for Kindergarten & New Students:
Documents needed:
Request your child's records. We need the records listed in Step 2 in order to fully process any child's application. These include sacramental, school, and vaccine records. These forms are available above or through SchoolSpeak for you to forward to the correct organizations. Please forward, send or bring them to the school office. If you have questions or concerns about this process, please contact us!
It's time for your child to take his or her assessment. Once the admission application packet is complete, we will contact you to schedule an assessment.
In doing our due diligence, we must be sure each child admitted to our school is academically prepared for the challenges they may face; as well as, be sure they are prepared academically to join their classmates. Unlike public, charter, or other private schools, Catholic schools focus on the development of the child as a whole. Rather, we are preparing students for life and for heaven.
See for our admissions policies.
Congratulations and welcome to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School!
Now you & the student(s) can prepare for their first day of school by aquiring uniforms and school supplies.
